To the fullest extent permitted by law, if Selig Leasing is found liable for any claim arising from these Terms or the use of the website, portal, or related services, Selig Leasing's aggregate liability will be limited to the amount, if any, paid by the user directly for the specific online service giving rise to the claim during the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to liability, or one hundred U.S. dollars ($100), whichever is greater.

Waiver
